Balanced Flow

5 : 5 — Equal inhale and exhale counts for steady, even-paced breathing.

Extended Release

4 : 7 : 8 — Longer exhale phase with a brief hold between inhale and release.

Square Rhythm

4 : 4 : 4 — Uniform four-count phases including inhale, hold, and exhale.
